Sweet Francesca is fully owned and operated by Francesca Primeggia. Graduated from The Culinary Institute of America, I use my knowledge and skills to elevate classic and comforting desserts.

Baking has been a passion of mine since before I can remember. As a kid, I never thought of baking as a career. When I turned 18 I went to college for music, and graduated from The College of Saint Rose with a B.A. in Music with a concentration in Classical Vocal Performance. After working and being in the music industry for a year, I realized it wasn’t what I wanted to be doing. I enrolled in The Culinary Institute of America in 2019 and graduated in 2021.

Sweet Francesca is a culmination of my life’s long journey of being in the kitchen. It is a dream coming true. Follow me as I continue to expand and create through Sweet Francesca
